This Privacy Policy describes how Rewardez Technologies handles information collected through this website and the Rewardez platform.
Effective: January 1, 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, and company — when you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for the newsletter. We also collect technical information through standard server logs and analytics, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule demos, send transactional emails, deliver the Rewardez platform to customers, and improve our website and services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Sharing of information
We share information only with trusted service providers (such as email delivery, analytics, and hosting) under contract to process data on our behalf, and where required by law. Customer program data is governed by the master agreement and data processing addendum signed with each customer.
4. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by writing to privacy@rewardez.com. We honor rights provided under GDPR, the DPDP Act, and other applicable privacy regulations.
5. Data residency
Rewardez operates data centers in India, the European Union, and Singapore. Customers can choose the region for their program data; the data does not leave the chosen region except for backup and disaster recovery to a paired region within the same legal jurisdiction.
